My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Bentree. This was our 2nd annual "get-away" trip and Bentree allowed us to do just that...get away.

We extremely like this cabin and would recommend to others. The view was beautiful, the hot tub relaxing and the fireplace warm. We saw two bears strolling through the woods. Just a very relaxing weekend!
What I loved most about this property was the solitude. It is away from other cabins. It has a nice view. It has a magnificent wood fireplace. It is best for a couple as the upstairs loft is pretty basic.
My husband and I went to Blue Ridge for some rest and relaxation. Bentree met all our needs and expectations. The cabin was very comfortable. We loved the porch and seeing the deer and wild turkeys. The hot tub was just perfect. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this cabin.
I will be back.

I and my fiancé have been to Bentree two other times. We absolutely love it there. The view is great, the cabin feels like home when you walk in and my favorite part is the wildlife. Every time we have visited we have seen at least a couple of deer. This last time we got to see six deer in the evening. We almost felt surrounded by them. It was great! Can’t wait to come back and see more!
This place was fantastic! Very spacious with a huge deck. Although known for it's wildlife we were surprised we did not see any critters all weekend long. A little disappointed but the view made up for it! Would like the deck to be a little more private. You could access it from both sides of the house. And other than the neighbor clearing trees all weekend, it was great stay. Will definitely be back!!
We had one of the best vacation experiences here at Bentree. We're sure we'll be back ASAP. The natural views of both the mountains and wildlife made this a special and relaxing time.
I absolutely loved everything about this place. It was perfect for the two of us.

Wonder experience in the North georgia Mountains. Cabin was beautiful and the view was great. Enjoyed the whole experience and would return to that cabin again and again.

I've had the opportunity to stay w/ Tica several times and their places have always been really nice and enjoyable.
Our stay was enjoyable-- we got an early checkin, which was very nice. No paper towels when we got there though, and when we checked out at 11AM, the cleaning people drove up and sat in the driveway waiting for us to leave, and got there at 10:58am. We felt a bit rushed out. But besides that, we would recommend.
THE VIEW FROM THE BACK PORCH IS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL, AND THE ROCKING CHAIRS ARE SO COMFORTABLE.VERY RELAXING!
We stayed for our honeymoon and would recommend the cabin to anyone! The mountain view from the back porch was gorgeous! The cabin furnishings, towels and linens were very nice and the hot tub on the porch was the perfect way to relax. We also took advantage of the gas grill and usually ate dinner on the back porch. We loved being so close to the Aska hiking trails and the AT. We did have a run-in with small black ants in the main sitting area, but seasonal bugs come with the scenery! The location of the cabin was better than expected because we were just a short drive to the city or to total seclusion. On our return trip we look forward to enjoying the local water sports that are available! Thanks so much for renting out such a beautiful property!
Other than price was high for 2 days cabin was nice
Nice, quaint cabin. Could use a fire ring outside, but everything was enjoyable. Would recommend to a friend
The propane tank should be checked between visitors. ours ran out of propane on a cold night, but there was plenty of firewood. Good view, good facilities, and a nice little snowfall. Would go back in a heartbeat, but my wife is a real city girl, and she is afraid a bear will eat her.
The location was great, except for the steep grade on the long gravel road. The view was inspiring! I cooked Thanksgiving dinner at the cabin, and every cooking pot and utensil I needed was there. The amenities were great, except that the phone went out during a thunderstorm, and I wasn't able to stay in touch with my kids. The furniture was very comfortable. My favorite was the down comforter in the master bedroom. We weren't sure regarding the safety of the gas space heaters (instructions at the cabin would be helpful), so we enjoyed lots of fires in the fireplace.
front desk lost my faxed confirmation - had to re-sign all forms, etc. - entire took an extra 20 minutes at checkout and girl at front desk wasn't considerate.
We were overcharged on our credit card and it several months and a dispute with our bank to resolve this. Weused to stay twice a year but the hassle of getting a problem resolved has made us look elsewhere for a vacation cabin.
The bad: The cabin was not as secluded as we were led to believe. It was very difficult to get management out to put chemicals in the hot tub so we could not use it for some of our visit. The cabin when we arrived was not as clean as we would have liked. The Good: The cabin has a wonderful view! The porch doesn't have rails so the view wasn't blocked, but some could find it un-nerving. The kitchen was excellently stocked! The best part is, you can bring your dogs!!!
