I hesitate to give such a great review because I know everyone will want to go to this cabin and it may not be available the next time my family and I wish to rent it! It is gorgeous and accommodating. Very quiet location even though it is very near 515. The view may not be the mountain overlook that most wish to have, but the small creek waterfall that is visible from all places in the house is wonderful. We will be renting this place again very soon! Thank you for a wonderful experience!! Tica has never disappointed us!
It would be nice to have some sort of blinds/window covering in the master bedroom.
The cabin is great - our favorite of the four times we've used Tica. We didn't know Tica's office had moved locations though (we haven't used Tica this year yet) so it was a hassle to go to downtown Blue Ridge on Friday evening only to find out we had to find out we're the new office was located.
This cabin is outstanding- My only complaint is that it ended way to soon. I would recommend this home to everyone- and Amy at Tica is a wonderful person
This was a wonderful cabin and I would stay here again. My only complaint was no blinds/curtains on the master bedroom window. It is very bright at 6am. Otherwise it had excellent supplies & amenities and the location was great.
It was a great time. Everyone wanted to go again. We just did not have enough time there.
We had a terrific stay at Bear Track Falls. Saw some great wildlife while there.

We had a great time- the only bad thing was that we had to leave too soon. The cabin has EVERYTHING and a great location. We loved it!
My traveling posse (3 -50+ yr. old ladies) and I rent cabins in the N. Georgia Mountains 2 to 4 times a year - from various different rental companies over the past 12 years. We were impressed with the management and the cabin. Our only suggestion for improvement would be a television in the bedrooms.
My guests and I had a wonderful time last weekend at Bear Track Falls. I brought my dogs and there was plenty of space for them to run and play without interfering with anyone. I look forward to our next trip to the mountains!

Need more washcloths and towels and sharper knives; otherwise, a wonderful stay!
Our only complaint that there were a couple of doors that needed plaining, as they were very difficult to close and lock. Other then that, we had a wonderful time.
We have stayed at Bear Track Falls, Papa Bears, The Alpine and another one and we have not yet found any downsife to them. They are just what they say they are. Very clean and comfortable, you couldn't ask for anything better.
The only improvement/suggestion would to have blinds/window coverings in the downstairs master bedroom and sitting room. The sun is up early in the summer, and it would be nice to have privacy while changing, sleeping, etc.
We had a great time would come back today if we could.
Everyone loved the accomodations. For us it would have been a little more convenient if all lodges where closer together.
My girlfriend (now fiancee) and I had a marvelous time at Bear Track Falls! I was especially impressed by the office staff's help in having a dozen roses waiting for my girlfriend when we arrived. She was absolutely amazed, to say the least! It is a very spacious house in a very secluded location. The property surrounding the house is absolutely beautiful! Whether you need a place for you and your sweetie, you and 2 other couples, or the family this place has it all! I can't wait to go back!
I will KEEP this cabin on my list of great vacation spots. We loved the location, secluded, but close to town. Kid's play area and "their cabin" was fun to have. Great surroundings. Bear Track Falls cabin was nicely decorated and comfortable. We had a great time :)
We really had a wonderful time. The house was better than we anticipated. It was clean and had plenty of things we needed. The hot tub was wonderful. The basement floor smelled a bit musty but we figured that was due to the fact it was a basement. The only we didn't like was the road leading up to it. That was little odd and a touch scary. The property itself was above and beyond expectations. The playhouse and gazebo in the back were lots of fun. The kids loved that. We would rent again no problem and also would recommend and in fact, HAVE recommended you to friends. Keep up the good work!!! By the way, you might want to tell people renting this property where the garbage disposal switch is. It took us about 20 minutes and three people to find it! (hidden deep under kitchen sink by the way)
Loved the cabin and it was very peaceful. We took our son with us and I soaked in hot tub while husband and son played their computers so I got some me time by myself and it was a great cabin. Loved the outside fireplace and the little house was neat and me and my son went and sat in it to talk for some mom and son time too. Would stay in it again definitely, the Williams family, blue ridge ga.
just a wonderful time. A beautiful cabin and a great stay. That was are first time in a cabin like that, and will not be our last. After staying there a hotel will never look the same. Everything in the cabin was wonderful, we had a very relaxing time, my personal favorite, was sitting on the screened porch in the morning with a cup of coffee just enjoying the quiet and serenity. We are thinking about an easter trip there next year, hope it works out we miss it. Thanks for a great time and hope to see you all again and bear track falls. sincerely michael duby
My girlfriend and I went for the weekend and had an amazing time. The location was great, very private but only a few miles from entertainment and dining!
This cabin was very nice. You could tell the owners put a lot of thought into decorating this cabin. The furniture was very nice and the beds were amazing. My family had a blast in the game room. As for the staff of Tica Cabin rentals. They were the best! All of them treated me with respect and really cared. To them I want to say Thank You. A mean staff can make a bad trip. I would recommend this cabin to any of my family or friends and can't wait to go back again.
The cabin we were supposed to be in (Rise & Shine) had frozen water pipes & the heat had been left off so it was 36 degrees in the house when we arrived. After a couple of phone calls, Amy and her husband met us at the Tica office (it was nearly midnight by this point) and took us to the Bear Track Falls cabin which was excellent.So give Amy a bonus or an extra day off... She handled everything quickly and professionally.
The cabin was nicer than I expected. The property was secluded which I liked. When we walked in there was dog hair on the rug under the kitchen table. There was also dog hair in the basement on the rug and on the sofa. The sheets in the master bedroom also had dog hair on them. When I first get there I shouldn't have to clean up. I am also allergic to dogs so the hair really effected me besides it being dirty. It was disappointing that the dog hair was not cleaned up before we got there. Other than the dog hair the cabin was well kept and nice.
I have already recommended Bear Track Fall to all of my friends. I will be back !
