TICA STAFF VERY FRIENDLY.LOWER FLOOR HAD NO HEAT THAT WE COULD FIND HAD TO PURCHASE 2 SMALL HEATERS SO OUR KIDS COULD STAY IN MASTER VERY SMALL.SHEETS IN MASTER WOULD NOT STAY ON PLASTIC COVER.NICE CABIN TO BE DONE THIS WAY.WILL USE TICA AGAIN !!!!!!!
Property was great driveway is a bit much if you have 2 vechicles really hard to get out without moving cars around to get out. But besides that Hot Tub was great jets nice and h20 nice an hot 8)
We had a wonderful time at the Lazy Bee!! There were only 3 of us who stayed in this fabulous cabin and we were very spoiled with all the room and big yard! Our young son enjoyed it as well. We plan on coming back again!!
We rented Lazy Bee for just one night, which was great that Tica could arrange this for us since they require a minimum two night stay. All the staff I dealt with were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The cabin was so great, clean, equipt, comfortable, I just wish I could have stayed forever.
we were visiting Atlanta and didn't want to spent the night in city so we prefered a getaway with the extended family of 8. it was one of the top single night vacations that I enjoyed the most.
We never left the home until it was time to leave. Our whole family loved the entire experience.
We were very pleased and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin was clean and well equipped.
It rained most of our stay and gave us the opportunity to slow down and relax. Many things to do in Blue Ridge area are not open on Tuesdays so we just enjoyed the quiet time at the cabin. Plenty of room for the 4 of us to have our own space. Updated TV's would be a nice addition. Quiet and peaceful location.
We initially booked the smokehouse lodge but we were given the Lazy Bee after we found the road to Smokehouse impassable. Once we got it straightened out we had a really good weekend, and the staff was very helpful. Thanks a bunch to AMY!

Since it rained during our whole trip we spent a lot of time in the cabin. It offered many amenities like a pool table, hot tub, dart board, puzzles/games, creek, jazebo etc. so we never got bored. The slope of the driveway is quite steep so make sure you have a strong car. Great overall!
Our visit to Lazy B was great and management was pleasant and helpful. On a return visit to a different house with Tica Cabin Rentals, the house was not clean and management was unhelpful and rude. Management then charged our credit card for the poor condition the property was in when we arrived. They refused to back down on this and were rude every step of the way. We will never use Tica Cabin Rentals again.
