Tica Cabin Rentals in Blue Ridge, Georgia was established in 1994 by Greg and Thelma Coffone. Over the years, we have become one of the most well known and respected companies in the vacation rental industry. Greg Coffone - President/CEO
Co-founder of Tica Cabin Rentals. Greg is a recognized leader in the vacation rental industry and is an active member of the Vacation Rental Manager's Assn., serving as the Treasurer and member of the Executive Committee. (www.vrma.com) He attends conferences and seminars throughout the year in various parts of the country to keep up with new trends in the world of vacation rentals.

Thelma Coffone – Vice President/CFO
Co-founder of Tica Cabin Rentals.  Thelma has a strong background in customer service after working for many years at BellSouth as a Customer Service Manager and trainer.  She is responsible for marketing all of the companies in the Tica Hospitality Group network and spends many hours in seminars and researching avenues to promote our vacation rental homes.






Terry Theiss – Property Manager
Terry wears many hats in the Tica organization.  He oversees the Property Management department which includes housekeeping and maintenance and is responsible for new property acquisitions.  In addition, he is part of the Support Team  for the Tica Hospitality Group which sets up Tica Cabin Rental companies in various parts of the country

Kimberley Kelley – COO - Tica Hospitality Group
Kimberley is responsible for the operation of our Reservation Call Center as well as acting as Operations Manager for Majestic Vacation Rentals located in Destin, Florida.  In addition, she offers support to Tica companies in other locations.  Her outgoing personality and “can do” attitude make her an excellent Chief Operating Officer.  She is also an active member of the Vacation Rental Managers’ Assn.  Kimberley was selected 2005 Employee of the Year.





 Kim Woody – Vacation Specialist
Reservations are the key to any successful vacation rental company and Kim is the Team Leader for our Vacation Specialists.  They are much more than just reservationists….they are Specialists in planning all aspects of your vacation!  Kim is the creator of our popular Mountain Ranger Kid’s Club and oversees the Cabin Fever Club for guests wanting to earn points toward free nights.  Kim was selected Employee of the Year in 2005.

Amber Naylor – Vacation Specialist
Our guests enjoy Amber’s wit and outgoing personality whether on the phone or in person in our check in office.  She enjoys finding just the right cabin to make their vacation special.  Amber was selected Employee of the Year in 2006.

 Valerie Stillwell – Executive Assistant
As Executive Assistant to the owners of the company,  Valerie has many varied job duties that she performs with excellence.  In addition to working with home owners and guests, she handles bookkeeping and mounds of paperwork.  She also prepares all of the lovely gift baskets that are provided in our cabins and she makes the holidays special for our guests and their children.

Lena Ralls - Guest Services
Lena is our “jack of all trades” and is happy to help out wherever she is needed.  She especially enjoys talking with customers when they stop by our office for information.  In an effort to maintain our reputation for a high level of customer service, she sends out satisfaction surveys to all of our guests.





 
Tammy Shields, Luxury Property Manager
Tammy’s attention to detail and housekeeping knowledge makes her an outstanding Property Manager in our luxury property division.  She strives to assure that her properties are well maintained and spotlessly clean.  In addition, she handles the tasks of scheduling Housekeepers and Inspectors and the ordering of supplies.  Tammy is a long time, valued Tica employee and was selected Employee of the Year in 2004.







Mark McClain - Assistant Property Manager
Mark takes great pride in maintaining the quality and appearance of his properties and enjoys dealing with the homeowners.  He is dedicated to providing you with a vacation home that will make your visit to our mountains an enjoyable one.  Mark’s motto is Customers First!!






Tica Boo, Company Mascot
Boo makes our days special here at Tica Cabin Rentals.  We all enjoy taking a few moments to play with her.  Boo loves to share her treats with other doggies staying in our pet friendly cabins and she says “Dogs are welcome at Tica Cabin Rentals”!
